Background

Since there have been constant demands of opening forum from the cities and institutions participated in 2011 World Human Rights City Network, it is intended to succeed the noble spirits of the democracy, human rights and peace and to confirm the experience and value of the human rights accumulated by the human rights cities by gathering the representatives and activists of the human rights cities, organizations, and groups.
